Department-level course lists can now be filtered

When browsing a list of courses on a department or program page, you will now see a series of radio buttons that allow you to filter the list so that only current (taught this term) or upcoming (taught in the next two terms) courses are shown in the list. This feature gives students an easy way to see just the courses available to them in the next term during course registration. The request for this came from International and Global Studies which has extensive lists of subject-specific courses that they have created using the Curated Course List component, but the functionality is available on all department and program sites.
