Middlebury students now have the option of viewing their student account and financial aid information online through Banner Web. The following information can be accessed through the student’s Banner Web account: account balances, aid decisions, outstanding requirements, links to any necessary forms, and information regarding any financial holds that may prevent registration. Students can also sign up for FACTS payment plan, complete entrance counseling and sign a promissory note for Stafford Loans, accept financial aid awards and send an email to the Student Financial Services office.
Banner Web is available 24 hours a day so the student may access his/her account information at any time. The information provided on Banner Web is always current.
The student’s Middlebury ID# is used for the User ID. The student’s birth date is used as the PIN (MMDDYY). After the first log in, the student will be prompted to design their own 6-digit PIN.
Any questions about the financial aid and/or billing information on Banner Web should be directed to the Office of Student Financial Services.
If technical difficulties arise while using Banner Web, the Helpdesk should be contacted.
