    Movement Matters: Burlington Taiko

    Join Burlington Taiko Founder and Artistic Director Stuart Paton for an exciting workshop designed to invigorate body and spirit, bridge international cultures, and rebuild the sense of community that was diminished during the pandemic. Since 1987, Burlington Taiko has been mesmerizing audiences with the powerful, spellbinding and propulsive sounds of the Taiko drums. Burlington Taiko Group estimates it has introduced over half a million people to the power of Taiko via performances from the Boston Marathon toBurlington’s First Night to the Black Ships Festival in Newport, RI, and more.

    Workforce Recruitment Program

    If you are a U.S. citizen with a disability and are interested in working in the government for a summer internship or permanent position, consider registering with the Workforce Recruitment Program.

    A recruiter with the program will be conducting informational interviews this fall with all students who register. This is a great way to find an internship or job at federal agencies, explore careers in the federal service, and gain interviewing experience.

    An engaging and fun way to experience and learn about Israeli art and culture.
    Each week will provide something new and different according to students’ requests - including making art and learning calligraphy; Mystical topics of spells, amulets, and witchcraft in ancient Judaism and contemporary Israel; watching Israeli films and shows; graffiti in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem; listening to Israeli music; meeting interesting people from various sectors of Israel; and cooking and eating lots of Israeli foods.

    UVM Accelerated Master of Public Health (MPH) Info Session

    A Master of Public Health (MPH) degree is an internationally recognized credential, and opens the door to countless job opportunities.The Midd Global Health program has a partnership with the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine. Qualified Middlebury students can start their MPH the summer before senior year, and then complete the MPH degree in one year after graduating Middlebury.
