Purpose

To encourage exceptional American students to pursue their graduate education at Sciences Po, an international research university which specializes in the social sciences and offers multidisciplinary programs taught in English and French.

Award

One scholarship annually to support tuition and living expenses for a two-year MA program at Sciences Po.

Eligibility

Seniors, U.S. citizens, 3.7+ GPA, accepted to eligible Sciences Po graduate Program. Open fields of study. Includes professional degree programs as well.

Deadlines

October 1: Internal nomination application deadline. To be nominated, complete the fellowship registration and David-Weill application section in Midd Apply

Nomination Application Questions

October 29: Deadline to apply to a Sciences Po master’s program via this online application platform.

November 15: Final submission deadline. Application to a graduate program must be made by this date, including a TCF or DALF French language test score for those wishing to pursue a bilingual track or French track at Sciences Po. No French language score is required for English track programs.

Application Process

Candidates apply for institutional nomination by October 1. Middlebury can nominate one senior. The selected candidate will submit the scholarship and graduate applications by the specified deadlines. Finalists will be interviewed in New York in February/March.
