Additional Opportunities for Non-U.S. Citizens
Most competitive fellowships are restricted to U.S. citizens. Some may also be open to permanent residents. A few are open to many or all citizenship types.

Students may also find opportunities listed at profellow.com. There is also a broad list compiled by the National Association of Fellowship Advisors.
Additionally, some universities do have funding for international students accepted into graduate study programs.
