Tue. 7/7 at 8:00 PM at Dana: This new documentary film by New York-based independent filmmaker, producer, and media artist Joan Grossman explores the rise and fall of the “Droppers,” 1960s artists who established a creative settlement of geodesic domes in Colorado, based on the work of Buckminster Fuller and Steve Baer. Overcrowding led to abandonment, making Drop City the world’s first geodesic ghost town by 1973. Stay for a post-screening talk with the director. Free
