Sculptures in the Form of a Chair

These sculptures represent students’ response to the idea of a chair as an object of design for human use, for support or comfort, as a socializing or civilizing device, as a tool used in ceremony or ritual, or as a historical artifact. Discover how students personalize the concept of a chair while emphasizing its sculptural potential in both utilitarian and non-utilitarian forms.

Pinhole Camera Photography

John Huddleston’s black-and-white photography class, ART 0327, presents an exhibition of pinhole photography. The students’ images are contact prints made from large-format negatives exposed in cameras of their own design and construction.
