Peter Serkin

Middlebury College welcomes back world-renowned American pianist Peter Serkin, who last performed here in 1997. This recently-announced concert takes place on Sunday, April 17, at 3:00 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Concert Hall. The concert program reflects Serkin's affinity for mixing contemporary and classical repertoire; works by Mozart and Bach will be featured alongside 20th century compositions.

Sponsored by Brainerd Commons and the Center for the Arts, this concert also has a humanitarian purpose; the proceeds from all ticket sales will be donated to international charity organizations for Tsunami relief.

Tickets are $20 for the general public; $15 for faculty, staff, emeriti, alumni, senior citizens, and children under 12; and $5 for Middlebury College students. Tickets are on sale at the Center for the Arts Box Office while they last.
