After extensive assessment, Information Technology Services (ITS) is making changes to printers around campus that will not only improve our ecological footprint and bring valuable service improvements, but will also adhere to the College’s request to reduce costs.

There’s a new PDF button in the WYSIWYG editor on our Drupal 8 sites. To upload and/or link to a PDF, highlight the text you want to use for the link and click the button with the PDF icon. You can then start typing the name of a PDF and find it in the content that’s been uploaded to the site, or click the Upload a PDF button to add new one. This is the first of our multimedia integrations using the new core Drupal 8 Media Library dialog which we’ll be rolling out for images, video, and audio soon.

FAQs in Drupal 8 now can have a “NEW” or “UPDATED” badge which will remain in place for seven days after the last change to the FAQ.
