How We Can Help
Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of support as a web editor so that you can feel successful in maintaining, updating, and enhancing your site.
In order to do that, we have created the following resources:
- Self-service support documents on nearly every element of editing that pertains to you
- Weekly Drupal training sessions that you can easily sign up for and attend via Zoom
- A helpdesk ticketing system to request help with any additional needs
Drupal Support Documents
Even if you were familiar with previous versions of Drupal, you will find updated and expanded information about new and easy-to-use features. We are continually adding and updating our documentation, so check back or let us know if you see something missing.
Note: If your site is an Office, you should begin with the Groups documentation.
