McCardell Bicentennial Hall: 6:45am - 10pm

In addition to equipment maintained by individual departments, two copy/print/scan machines and one color printer are available to faculty and staff in MBH 621. Problems with these machines should be referred to Cathy Ekstrom, ext 3262.

To use all of the features of a printer, you will need to ensure that the proper driver software is installed and selected on your computer. Print jobs sent to copy/print/scan machines spool to a print server, and you will need to release the print job manually at the copier before it will actually print. In order to avoid having your sent print job emerge unexpectedly in the middle of someone else’s copying job, Mac users  are encouraged always to use the Secure Print option with the Xerox.

All users should access the printers through the Walnut server. Detailed instructions for each operating system on how to connect to a printer are available for Windows users and Mac users.
