We extend our appreciation to those who worked hard to ensure the smooth operation of summer programs across Middlebury, including Language Schools, School of the Environment, Spanish Community Interpreting, and Bread Loaf. The final days of August are often a whirlwind of activity, including orientation prep, practicum presentations, First@Midd, gearing up for fall classes, etc. Thank you for all your efforts.

Thank you to everyone working on the transition from spring to summer programs. Staff are busy prepping rooms and grounds, hosting reunion, closing the fiscal year, launching summer projects for improvement, and supporting students studying, researching, and working this summer. You each could likely add more to that list! Please note a monthly update wasn’t sent in May.

Happy Spring Semester! With the MIIS staff having started their spring term on January 30, and the Vermont campus starting this week, we are now all officially in the spring term. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we wanted to extend our appreciation for you all. It is a privilege to represent staff as exceptional as you. Thank you for your dedication.
Staff Council would like to thank all of you for your outstanding contributions in 2022. We hope this New Year turns every challenge into an opportunity. Happy 2023!
