How to Reserve a Room for Your Thesis Committee Meetings
To reserve a room to meet with your thesis committee (and for your thesis defense), you need to fill out the Events Scheduling online form (you will be asked to log in):
http://www.middlebury.edu/offices/business/scheduling/eventreserve
There are a few important things you MUST include on the form, otherwise Scheduling will not process your request. The most important is, under "Event Title", you must put "Thesis Committee Meeting". Also - please give at least three room choices.
