HCM is Middlebury’s Human Resources system, helping staff to manage benefits, submit and approve time cards, and request time away, among other things.
Logging In
New and returning employees will be invited via email to set up multi-factor authentication. After you’ve enrolled in multi-factor authentication, you can log in and start using the system. Before logging in please read this to avoid locking your account!
Please note: Firefox is the recommended browser for HCM. If you run into problems with another browser, please try using Firefox.
