Absence Management
Oracle Absence Management is where employees request time away from work. An employee creates an Absence Request in Oracle and submits it for approval by their manager. Once approved or rejected, the employee receives a notification, and the status of the request is updated accordingly.
In Absence Management you will be able to:
- Submit an absence request
- View, edit, and/or delete your existing absence requests
- View your absence plan balances
Navigation
- Go to the Oracle Home Page.
- Click the “Me” tab
- Click the “Time and Absences” app
- From here, you can add an absence, view your absence balance(s), and view/manage your existing absence requests
