Yes, professional photographers will be on hand to photograph each graduate as they receive their diploma and cane. 

Portraits will be available from GradImages a few days after the ceremony. Graduates may register in advance and include friends and family to receive a discount offer and notification when photos are ready. Please contact GradImages’ customer service department at (800) 261-2576, online at www.gradimages.com, or email ecc.giservice@gradimages.net with any questions regarding their offerings.

The class photo will be made available through SmugMug.

Service and assistance animals that are required because of a disability and are trained to work or perform a task are welcome. 

Guests are encouraged to leave pets at home. Event the most well-behaved pet can become frightened and unpredictable in a crowded, noisy setting.

Pets are not allowed in College buildings including residence halls. Animals visiting campus grounds shall be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended or tied to any objects.

Yes, a link to the livestream site will be posted on the Commencement website a few days before the event.

Graduates must vacate their rooms by 11 p.m. on Sunday, Commencement Day. This deadline is in keeping with past in-person Commencement Weekends. Our staff must prepare rooms for Reunion and Language Schools.

Store hours:

Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Sunday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Any items left behind at the ceremony will be brought to the Accessibility Tent for the duration of the luncheon.
