A luncheon for families & guests is offered after the Ski Down (moved to the sledding hill next to the Middlebury Chapel) in both Proctor Dining Hall and Ross Dining Hall on Saturday after the Ski Down. 

Note: Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed in Virtue Field House where the Feb Celebration is held. We thank you for your cooperation in protecting the track and turf surfaces in this athletic facility.

Yes, professional photographers will be on hand to photograph each graduate as they receive their cane. Class members will also gather for a class photo at the Snow Bowl.

Portraits will be available from GradImages a few days after the ceremony. Febs may register in advance and include friends and family to receive a discount offer and notification when photos are ready. Please contact GradImages’ customer service department at (800) 261-2576, online at www.gradimages.com, or email ecc.giservice@gradimages.net with any questions regarding their offerings.

The class photo will be made available through SmugMug.

We are privileged to use Virtue Field House for Feb Celebration. To ensure optimal condition of the track and turf surfaces, no food is allowed and water is the only allowable beverage.

We thank you for your cooperation in protecting this amazing athletic facility!

Service and assistance animals that are required because of a disability and are trained to work or perform a task are welcome. 

Guests are encouraged to leave pets at home. Even the most well-behaved pet can become frightened and unpredictable in a crowded, noisy setting.

Pets are not allowed in college buildings including residence halls. Animals visiting campus grounds shall be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended or tied to any objects.

No, there will not be an indoor viewing venue for the ski-down. Those who do not wish to be outdoors ski-down are advised to watch the live stream from the comfort of their accommodations or vehicles.

Please note the ski-down for the Class of 2022.5 has been moved to the hill next to the Middlebury Chapel.

There will also be a recording of the Ski Down posted to website shortly after.

This year’s academic calendar allows for Feb graduates to remain on campus Saturday night. The deadline for Feb grads to vacate their dorm rooms is noon on Sunday, February 5.

The College Store in Proctor Hall offers a wide array of Midd clothing and gifts. Patrons receive a 15% discount on Saturday, February 4. The Store will be open noon to 4:00 p.m.

Parking

All campus parking lots have designated accessible parking for vehicles bearing valid Department of Motor Vehicles disability parking placards or license plates. Available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Sign Language

American Sign Language (ASL) services are provided at the ceremony in Virtue Field House. Please ask an usher to direct you to the ASL seating area.

Any items left behind at the ceremony in Virtue Field House or on the student shuttle buses will be brought to the lost and found area at Public Safety (125 South Main Street/Route 30).
