COVID Health and Safety
Middlebury monitors the latest COVID-19 developments and advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Vermont Department of Health (VDH), and California Department of Public Health (CDPH). We continue to strongly recommend that all Middlebury students, employees, and visitors follow CDC guidance and stay up-to-date on their vaccinations.
A key part of our approach is to emphasize personal responsibility. Let’s work together to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible!
Health Self-Assessment
All students, guests, and staff are strongly encouraged conduct this self-assessment prior to attending Feb Celebration.
Please stay home if you answer “yes” to any of the following:
- Do you currently feel unwell, or have a fever?
- Have you exhibited other potential symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 5 days?
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 5 days?
- Have you been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 5 days?
Mask-Friendly/Mask-Optional Campus
We ask that all members of our community respect others’ choices about whether or not to wear masks and consider the CDC Community Level and associated guidance when making decisions about mask use.
COVID 19 Updates
Please refer to our Campus COVID 19 Updates website for up-to-date campus information.
Thank you for doing your part to keep each other safe!
