Sarah Bauman-Kaye

Sarah grew up in Arlington, Virginia and graduated from Kenyon College in 2018 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Chinese Language and Literature. After spending two years as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase, Sarah worked as an advisor at a Shanghai-based college admissions consulting company, where she discovered a passion for supporting students as they pursue their academic aspirations. In 2025, she earned a master’s degree in global higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Sarah joined the Middlebury Admissions Office in 2025 and is thrilled to return to campus after being a student at Middlebury’s Summer Language Schools several years ago. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the Green Mountains with her husband, taking her dog swimming, and experimenting with new vegetarian recipes.
