Why did you choose to attend Middlebury?

As I was about to graduate from UWC, I was looking for a place where I can extend my AC experience. The things that I was looking for were academic flexibility and a mission for cultural understanding, and Middlebury had everything that I was looking for!

I was really interested in the idea of a Liberal Arts Education, and the flexibility that it offers to college students. Before applying to colleges, I already knew that I wanted to pursue Psychology, but I also didn’t want to be boxed up on a single track, as I wanted to be a more holistically knowledgeable person. 

Additionally, I was captivated by Middlebury’s numerous study abroad programs especially as I wanted to continue my Spanish!

A fun fact:

If you attend one of the History of Art and Architecture (HARC) classes, you’ll most likely receive a free trip to Boston or New York, and visit museums and art galleries! I highly recommend it.

Where do you hope to be in five years?

In five years, I want to be in an environment where I will be able to still grow as a person, and learn and teach what I love.
