Karen Duguay

Karen Duguay serves as Assistant to the Dean of Admissions. She brings many years of experience in community development, business support, programming, and event coordination throughout Vermont. Most recently, Karen served as Senior Director of Programming at the Vermont Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she was Executive Director of the Better Middlebury Partnership and Assistant Director at the Addison County Economic Development Corporation, where she worked closely with local businesses, community organizations, and regional partners. In this role, Karen supports the Dean of Admissions and the Admissions team with travel planning and coordination of events and programming.  Karen lives in Middlebury with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys daily walks, traveling, cheering from the sidelines at countless high school sporting events, and reading whenever she finds a quiet moment.
