Hi! My name is Alexandra, but I go by Ale, pronounced similarly to the French word allez. I am Mexican-American from the Chicago area. I plan on majoring in Psychology and minoring in education studies, as my career interests have always been aligned with working in a high school setting. I have a pet that I adore; ask me about her! Last fun fact: I really enjoy meeting new people! 

What’s your favorite course you’ve taken at Middlebury? 

Blood/Lust: Vampire Cinema. This was by far one of my favorite courses I have ever taken! 

What do you do to relax and have fun? 

I love to clean and reset my space in order to enter a relaxing mode. I also love to read for fun and listen to music. 

Why did you choose to attend Middlebury? 

I ranked Middlebury as my top selection through Posse with the intention of surrounding myself in a geographical environment completely opposite of my small town in the Great Lakes. I was enraptured by the coniferous forests and the mountainous landscapes.
