Robin Piya Selected as Assistant Director of our Schools of Japanese and Korean
Robin will work in admissions and operations for both Japanese and Korean at the Middlebury Language Schools.
Robin received his BA in History (2006) and MA in Intercultural Humanities from Jacobs University (2008) in Bremen, Germany. During this time, Robin interned at Macquarie University (2005) in Sydney, Australia and traveled extensively throughout Europe.
Robin has previous experience working with the Fulbright Commission in Nepal and the Social Science Baha, a research organization based in Kathmandu. He most recently worked with the Middlebury C.V. Starr Schools Abroad.
The School of Japanese has an 8-week summer immersion program as well as Master of Arts in Japanese Language and Culture. The School of Korean as an 8-week summer immersion program as well as a Master of Arts in Korean. Both Schools now offer the new Master of Arts in teaching (MAT) with Licensure.
