Erika Nava, from Oregon, has traveled extensively, lived and worked in Latin America, primarily in Mexico and Argentina. She has a B.A in Latin American Studies from Oregon State University and an M.A. in Spanish from the University of Oregon. She taught Spanish language courses at Oregon State for 7 years, where she also coordinated the first-year section and a second-year study abroad program in Chillan, Chile. She currently teaches Spanish at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington.
