Learn Together. Work with Purpose.

Cohort internships connect students who are working at different organizations but share a common theme, location, or focus area. These programs blend hands-on work with structural learning, reflection, and community.

Cohort internships often include:

  • A shared academic or professional development experience
  • Mentorship and guided reflection
  • A strong sense of community and belonging

They are a powerful way to connect learning with work while building relationships with peers from diverse backgrounds.

Internship listings are available in Handshake. For general questions, email internships@middlebury.edu.
