  • CCI's Evening Quick Questions Hours with Peer Career Advisors and Engagement Fellows (Wednesday, October 21st 2020, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT)

    When: Wednesday, October 21st 2020, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT Location: Unknown CCI’s well-trained student team of Peer Career Advisors and Peer Career Engagement Fellows can share timely guidance and answers on a variety of topics including: * Getting started on your first college résumé * Reviews of résumés and cover letters * How to schedule a career advising appointment * How to search for internship and job opportunities * Strategies for career exploration and networking using Midd2Midd and LinkedIn * Tips for interview prep * How to access resources like Handshake, GoinGlobal, Vault, etc. Peer Career Advisors (PCA's) and Peer Engagement Fellows (PEFs) are available for Quick Questions via Zoom. We will be use the Zoom waiting room feature to support your drop-in session. Join the Zoom meeting at any point during this block of time.  This is first come first serve, so there may be a wait depending on volume and timing.

  • New England Sustainable Investing Networking Event (Thursday, October 22nd 2020, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm EDT)

    When: Thursday, October 22nd 2020, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm EDT Location: Unknown On Thursday, October 22nd from 6pm-7pm EST, a group of Boston investment professionals will host a virtual networking session to introduce students and recent graduates to the field of sustainable investing, which typically focuses on investing as it relates to environmental and social issues, as well as impact investing. Students and recent graduates will participate in three different small group breakout discussions where an industry professional will share information about their job in finance and how ESG is integrated into their firm’s strategy. This is a great opportunity to learn about sustainable investing and career options in this industry.

Field Guides

Field Guides help students think broadly about where their academic work may lead them in a professional context. 

futureforward

futureforward features several alumni and parents who are leaders in a variety of career fields, discussing their industry’s current environment, their perspective on the future outlook for that career field, and action steps students can take now to position themselves for entry into those career fields.

Live from DC

Live From DC is an online discussion among Middlebury alumni on legislation, legal remedy, and remediation efforts.

MIDDVantage

MIDDVantage is a virtual career exploration program that offers Middlebury students and alumni exposure to fields of interest during a time in which in-person career programming, internship, and job experiences have been curtailed due to COVID-19.

Student Treks

Student Treks connect students with alumni and organizations during onsite visits and job shadowing experiences.

UpNext

UpNext brings alumni in a specific career industry to campus to give students an insider’s understanding of that industry.
