The MIDD Course Catalog lists all required courses for employees as well as voluntary and suggested courses. Training will be assigned and completed in the Learn module in Oracle HCM.

On completion of this module, you’ll be able to:

  • Self-Enroll in a course
  • Complete required and voluntary training
  • View your transcript

This is expected behavior for courses required on an annual basis. Once you complete the course, it will be reassigned with a new due date one year out. As long as you see a new due date, you are all set. 

Manager Self-Service

This module includes reference materials to help you manage your team’s learning.

On completion of this module, you’ll be able to:

  • View your team’s upcoming and past due learning items
  • Assign learning to your team

Course Sponsor Self-Service

This module includes reference materials to help you manage courses as a course sponsor and monitor compliance of completion of courses. 

On completion of this module, you’ll be able to:

  • Provide course information to HR via webforms
  • Monitor completion of courses
  • Send informational course emails to learners for required courses
  • Send follow-up emails to learners
  • Monitor course content/activity and submit update as needed
