Q My progress in the course activity is not being saved. What should I do?
First, please try clearing your browser cache. You may also try switching browsers, Firefox is the recommended browser for Oracle.
Q I completed a required annual training, but it is still in my required learning. What should I do?
This is expected behavior for courses required on an annual basis. Once you complete the course, it will be reassigned with a new due date one year out. As long as you see a new due date, you are all set.
