Your career is a dynamic, evolving experience—not a one-time choice or fixed path.

Career development involves ongoing goal-setting and refinement. The earlier you start, the more prepared you’ll be to make choices that align with your strengths and seize the opportunities that await.

We offer resources to help you explore options and build a strategy for achieving your goals. From career education programs and individual advising to tools for assessing your skills, interests, values, and competencies, we support you in navigating your unique path.

Build a Toolkit

A key part of career exploration is having a toolkit of resources at your fingertips when you need it.

Think about your career exploration as a series of progressive steps you can take in each of your four years. A great place to start is with our Self-Reflection and Career Exploration Guides.

We’re always gathering new information and tips for writing résumés and cover letters, networking for your job search, or interviewing with an employer.

You can also make an appointment with a career advisor or stop in for Quick Questions with our peer career advisors.
