Quick Questions (QQ) Hours
Peer Career Advisors are available to help develop and review résumés and cover letters, search for internship and job opportunities, prep for interviews, and access resources like Handshake. No appointment is necessary; just drop in!
PCAs are also available by appointment to present workshops for student organizations.

For students studying abroad who wish to have their résumé reviewed, please email the document as an attachment to Peer Advisors at ccipca@middlebury.edu. A member of the CCI team will respond to you as soon as possible. This service is only for students abroad who cannot meet in person. We encourage you to review the Résumé and Cover Letter Guide before submission, which includes the very rubric we use to review and approve your résumé.

Hi! I’m Tenzin from Queens, NY. This school year, I’m excited to be a PCA to help return the same help that I once received as a timid first-year. Everyone’s career path can look different, so I’m happy to join the CCI team to help you define yours! Outside of it all, I’m a big fan of Chelsea F.C., listening to jazz standards, and snowboarding. Georgia Millman-Perlah, ‘25

Hi! My name is Georgia Perlah, and I am from Trumbull, CT. On campus, I am the president of the WRMC radio station (which everyone should check out) and love to climb and ski. I’m a political science major at but am of the mindset that taking courses just because they sound interesting is the best way to do this whole college thing (and I’ve found some unexpected passions this way!) The CCI has been a major part of my college experience and I’m hoping that as a PCA this year, I can do my part to help more students use the amazing resource that is the CCI.

Hi there! My name is Marina, and I’m from South Burlington, VT. Outside of my hours as a PCA, I’m the Music Director for the Middlebury Mamajamas A Cappella Group, frequently performing at WOMP (Wednesday Open Mic Party) solo or with my band, and love to write and record songs. Outside of that, I enjoy going to spin classes, exploring coffee shops, and I’m a huge networking geek. The CCI has played such a huge role in my Middlebury experience and the internships I’ve secured so far, so I’m very excited to pass on all the knowledge I’ve acquired over the last few years. Hi! My name is Cecelia, and I’m from a small town in western Massachusetts. On campus, I write satire with the Local Noodle, dance with On Tap, Middlebury’s tap dancing troupe, and work as a Peer Writing Tutor with the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Research (CTLR). I also run the Middlebury College Tea Enthusiasts Association (MCTEA)! During my free time, I love reading, dancing, working in the garden, and traveling. Hi everyone! My name is Rodaba. I am from Afghanistan. I am currently studying International and Global Studies with a focus on Global Security in South Asia, and I have a minor in Anthropology. Any chance I get, I love basking in the outdoors and taking long walks on beautiful sunny days. I love taking pictures on these walks, as I am also very passionate about photography, with nature as my subject. I also enjoy spending my free time reading novels and cooking. My favorite thing about the CCI is the community! The CCI and everyone there create a very welcoming and supportive environment for everyone that comes in, and it’s an absolute pleasure to be part of it!
