Cal Hartman

Cal grew up in Washington, DC and graduated from Middlebury in 2024 with a major in International Politics and Economics and a minor in Spanish. He speaks French as well, and he spent a semester abroad in Paris with the Middlebury School in France. In line with these globally-themed academic pursuits, Cal enjoys tackling problems from a multitude of perspectives. He is passionate about working with students from all walks of life, something he has done with the Middlebury Admissions Office in various capacities for over three years. Outside of the office, Cal likes to take advantage of the ample outdoor opportunities that Vermont has to offer, and he frequently seeks out new local hikes to explore. Having played football at Middlebury, he remains a strong supporter of Middlebury sports and can often be found on campus at the college’s many athletic events. Cal is excited to continue to help others learn about and join the Middlebury College community that he knows and loves.
