Glenn (she/her) is deeply committed to helping students access transformative educational opportunities. Her passion for experiences that emphasize place-based learning and outdoor leadership stems in part from her years as a high school teacher of human ecology and geology at semester school programs in the Bahamas and in Switzerland. Following her work in indoor and outdoor classrooms, Glenn served as an Admissions and Alumni Associate for The Island School. In that role, Glenn fell in love with helping students find programs that inspire them to develop as passionate and engaged learners—a rewarding challenge she has continued to enjoy since joining our Admissions staff in 2019.

Glenn received her B.A. in Earth and Environmental Science from Wesleyan University, where she was the captain of the ice hockey team. A native of Ely, Minnesota, Glenn grew up on water, snow and ice; she is an avid skier, cyclist, and canoeist, and is always ready for a pick-up game in the rink.
