The Biology Student Advisory Council (BIO-SAC) is responsible for providing a line of communication between students and faculty. Members are a resource for biology students to express their concerns or provide feedback.

They provide networking opportunities and professional development resources to help students in their postgraduate careers. By coordinating fun departmental events throughout the year, the BIO-SAC also helps build a sense of community.
