Why did you choose to attend Middlebury? I wanted a small school in northern New England, which initially brought me to Middlebury. I was looking to study both environmental studies and English, and I was attracted to Middlebury’s course offerings, small size, unique traditions, and stunning mountains. From my first semester here, I immediately felt welcomed by other students and faculty members, and I love the friendliness and warmth of the community.

Favorite study spot? Crossroads Café, especially if it involves a maple latte

Favorite food in the dining hall? Black Pepper Tofu from Proctor

Where did you study abroad, or where would you study abroad if you could? I spent spring 2023 abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark! I had the best time studying and living in such a beautiful city.

Favorite Vermont spot? The Gorge on a warm day

One fun fact about you or unknown talent you have: I love to send (and receive) snail mail. I’m always collecting postcards, fun stamps, and greeting cards to send to family and pen pals.
