Financial Aid

Students must submit the online financial aid application by April 1. Both Middlebury and non-Middlebury students are eligible to receive aid. Middlebury College students must submit the application form, even if they are already receiving financial aid for the academic year.

To apply: 
After starting an application and filling out basic identifying information, applicants will receive an email with a link to the Middlebury Financial Aid Portal. From that system, students can complete their aid applications. Middlebury College students will use their Middlebury email addresses to log in, and students from other colleges and universities will be given a guest account associated with the email address they used for their application. The application form must be submitted by April 1 at the latest, but applying early - ideally before the January 15 priority deadline - grants the highest chance of receiving aid before it runs out.

To be considered for financial aid, a complete application to the Museum Studies in Oxford program must be submitted. Do not wait for an admissions decision to submit the financial aid application.

Please note: financial aid packages can only be calculated for one Middlebury summer program at a time. If you have applied to another program (Middlebury Language Schools, Middlebury School of the Environment, etc.) you will not be able to compare aid awards.
