Anna Senkiw

Anna is the Assistant Senior Tutor of the Middlebury-CMRS Oxford Humanities program, as well as a Research Associate at Keble College. Anna has worked as a tutor in English Literature for several colleges at the University of Oxford, the University of Reading, and for various study abroad programs. She has also worked as Research Assistant for the Elizabeth Montagu Correspondence Online project and the Digital Edgeworth Network.

For the Middlebury program in Oxford, Anna teaches courses on Shakespeare, Women’s Writing (1660-1800) and Jane Austen. These courses are based around her research interests in theatre culture, women’s writing, and correspondence. Anna is currently editing the letters between bluestocking Elizabeth Montagu and actor-manager David Garrick, and revising her doctoral thesis for publication: Made in the Media: Actresses and the News.
