I have been delighted to be the Student Life Officer of the Middlebury School in France since August 2022. My primary responsibilities are student housing and health ; in addition, I oversee visa validation procedures and assist students with all non-academic, daily life matters in Paris.
I have a long history with Middlebury! I started as the 2018-2019 exchange student at Middlebury College in Vermont from one of the School in France’s partner universities : the Université Paris Cité (formerly known as Université Paris Diderot - Paris 7). I obtained both a BA in English and Japanese Languages Studies and a minor in International Relations, and then, an MA in Theoretical and Experimental Linguistics from this university.
Since graduating, I worked with the School in France for several years as a student mentor during the orientation program and, in the summer of 2022, for the Middlebury School of French in Paris as the program assistant.
