Ruth Gallego

Professor Ruth Gallego has a B.A. in Geography and History with a specialization in Art History and Theory from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid where she also completed her Diploma de Estudios Avanzados in Art and Society in the Modern and Contemporary World. She also has an M.A. in Museography and Exhibitions from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In addition to teaching at Middlebury College in Spain since 1999 and in various other academic institutions like the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, the University of Maryland in Spain and the Universidad Complutense, Ruth has also worked in the Collection Department at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid since 2002.
