Tsai-Chen Chung 鍾采珍

Tsai-Chen Chung holds a degree in Special Education from National Changhua University of Education. Her international experiences include studying abroad at the University of Jaén in Spain and participating in the Fulbright Program at Western Kentucky University. Since joining Middlebury in Taiwan in 2024, she has supported students throughout their academic, cultural, and immersive language-learning experiences.

Tsai-Chen also supports the Discover Kaohsiung course by leading field-based activities and facilitating review and drill practice sessions, helping students connect classroom learning with everyday experiences in Taiwan. She has also taught second-year Chinese at Middlebury College’s Summer Chinese Language School. She is particularly interested in connecting language learning with everyday life, cultural exploration, and intercultural exchange.

Outside of work, Tsai-Chen enjoys basketball, exploring Taiwan, and discovering new places to eat. She looks forward to sharing her love of Taiwan, its language, and culture with students during their time in Kaohsiung.
