Application Deadlines

1st Round Deadline: January 15

2nd Round Deadline: April 1

Applicants are recommended to apply early, since places and financial aid are limited. Applications for the first round deadline will be reviewed by the Academic Committee in Oxford in mid-January. After January 15, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Financial aid is awarded in order of admissions decision and completion of the financial aid application. Priority will be given to those who apply by the first round deadline.

If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to access the application without calling our office at 802-443-5847. Late applications will be considered on a space-available basis and provided that visa deadlines can be met.

Financial Aid

Both Middlebury and non-Middlebury students are eligible to receive aid. Middlebury College students must submit an application form, even if they are already receiving financial aid for the academic year.

To apply:
After starting an application and filling out basic identifying information, applicants will receive an email with a link to a student portal called Net Partner. From that system, students can complete their aid applications. Middlebury College students will use their Middlebury email addresses to log in, and students from other colleges and universities will be given a guest account associated with the email address they used for their application. The application form must be submitted by April 1 at the latest, but applying early grants the highest chance of receiving aid before it runs out.

To be considered for financial aid, a student must also have been granted admission to the Museum Studies program. Do not wait for an admissions decision to submit the financial aid application.
