Yousef Hamdan is an associate professor of Modern Arabic Literature and Literary Criticism at The Department of Arabic Language and Literature at The University of Jordan. Yousef received his doctorate from the University of Edinburgh in Modern Arabic Literary Criticism. He has been a part-time instructor of Modern Arabic Literature and Jordanian Movies at the Middlebury School in Jordan since 2016.
