Jamila Abu Mughnam

Jamila received her BA in Arabic and her MA in Teaching Arabic Language to Foreign Learners (applied linguistics) from the University of Jordan. She has taught Arabic language for both native and non-native speakers. She has worked at the University of Jordan’s Language Center as a lecturer since 2015, and was the head of the department of Arabic language for speakers of other languages in the fall 2017. She has published a number of academic articles in Jordanian and Arab journals. Jamila began working with the Middlebury program in the Fall of 2018, teaching Modern Standard Arabic.
