The Middlebury School in Argentina offers a track for students studying Neuroscience in Buenos Aires. Students not interested in enrolling in a track may opt to participate in our standard, direct-enrollment program.

Students on the Neuroscience Track take classes at Universidad Católica Argentina. Students will delve into neuroscience through a wide array of courses that both define and advance the discipline. They’ll also investigate contemporary methodologies that integrate biology, anthropology, nutrition, psychology, and medicine to better understand the biological, genetic, and behavioral dynamics influencing health disparities across human populations, as well as the role of environmental and social factors.

In addition to coursework, students will have the opportunity to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting through a credit-bearing academic internship within their specific field of interest, taking advantage of the Middlebury School in Argentina’s network of partner organizations in Buenos Aires. Some internships include guided laboratory research.
