Master Classes and Workshops
Each year we host class and campuswide workshops, class visits, and master classes led by professionals in the field.
Recent guest artists include Lileana Blain-Cruz (Founders Award for Excellence in Directing, Lincoln Center), Shawn Ryan (showrunner, The Shield, SWAT), Tyrone Williams (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Michael Potts (The Wire, Book of Mormon, True Detective), Noah Mease (Obie Award-winner: John), Muriel Miguel (Spiderwoman Theatre), and Peter Kim (National Asian American Theatre Company).
We also host extended residencies with companies including SITI Company, Rude Mechanicals, Double Edge Theatre, Actors from The London Stage, Spiderwoman Theatre, and Manual Cinema.
