When will the New Student Orientation schedule be finalized?
The fall schedule will be final by July 15; the Spring schedule will be final by mid-January.
How long is New Student Orientation?
Fall Orientation and Feb Orientation run from Wednesday through Sunday.
When will I receive move-in day instructions?
Orientation will send your move-in schedule two weeks before you arrive.
When do I move in?
- Move in for fall arrivals is Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
- Move in for spring arrivals is Wednesday, February 3, 2027.
If you are participating in an early arrival program, your arrival date may be different. Check your inbox for emails from your program areas (coach, posse mentor) for arrival details.
When will I receive my housing information?
Residential Life will send your housing and roommate information to you the week before you arrive.
When will I receive my course schedule?
The registrar will send your course schedule to you the week before you arrive.
When do my academic classes start?
The first Monday after New Student Orientation. See the academic calendar for more information.

How can I ship items to campus?
The Mail Center has information about how to ship packages to campus, and when new students can begin receiving packages prior to Move-In Day.
