Important information for arranging travel

1) It is highly recommended that students adhere to the arrival date so as to settle in before orientation as they must attend all meetings.

2) Attendance at orientation is mandatory. During the orientation period students should plan to stay in their city of study for the weekend as meetings may be scheduled during that time.

3)  A detailed timetable of orientation meetings and events will be sent to students via email.

4) Please note that seminar sections, test, midterm and final exam schedules will vary by course.  Students should not make travel plans until they have registered for courses at the beginning of the semester in Italy and are aware of the calendar. Classes, seminar meetings, exams or assignments will not be rescheduled to accommodate travel.
