Transcripts

Transcripts for students who attended Middlebury-CMRS after September 2014 may be requested from the Registrar’s Office at Middlebury College. 

If you attended CMRS prior to September 2014 and require an official transcript, please send a formal written request to: mcmrs@middlebury.edu.

Please include the following information in your written request:

• your full name (when registered as a student at CMRS),
• the number of copies of you require
• the full name and address of the institution/s that should receive your transcript/s.

Once your request has been received, we will confirm receipt and forward bank details for payment.

If you attended for more than one semester, there will be a separate transcript for each semester; we are unable issue one transcript for multiple semesters.

Each transcript (inc. standard P&P) costs £7.50 (not Euro).

Your request will be processed when payment has been received.
