Allie Ladio

Allie Ladio joined the Middlebury Institute in July 2022 as director of development, serving as a lead fundraiser and supervisor, and connecting the Institute to the Monterey community. A collaborative leader, Allie has 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector as a fundraiser, team builder, coach, and consultant. She holds a BS in entrepreneurship from the University of New Hampshire, and an MBA in social impact and leadership from Boston University. In her spare time, Allie enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, singing karaoke, camping, and tide-pooling with her husband and two young daughters.
