Abundance Book Discussion
Please join EPM Chair Professor Jason Scorse for an open discussion of the New York Times bestselling novel Abundance by Ezra Klein and Derek Thompson. The authors propose a politics of abundance as the solution to many of the systemic challenges in the U.S., from affordable housing to climate change. We would love to have an open discussion about the book’s main ideas and their implications for driving innovation in the U.S. Professor Scorse also suggests listening to this podcast episode featuring Trevor Noah, in which he speaks with Mustafa Suleyman, the creator of DeepMind, who now leads Microsoft AI: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/will-ai-save-humanity-or-end-it-with-mustafa-suleyman/id1710609544?i=1000727247919
