Certificates, Specializations, and Learning Paths
The Middlebury Institute offers career-oriented specializations and certificates for professionals and graduate students who want to explore a new field, gain additional expertise, or move up in a career.
Specializations are designed for students who are currently enrolled in an Institute degree program and want a more focused course of study. Certificates are for nondegree students and many provide continuing education credits. Some admission requirements may apply, so be sure to check specific programs for details.
Please note that while scholarships are available for our certificate programs, U.S. federal aid is only available for degree-seeking students.
