Join us to hear Paul Shemella speak on “How Governments Can Deal with Wicked National Security Problems”.
Paul Shemella, now retired, served the USN for decades as a Navy SEAL. He was the previous Program Manager for the Combating Terrorism-Fellowship Program at the Center for Civil-Military Relations at the Naval Postgraduate School and has authored several books about global terrorism, maritime security, and African governance including “Fighting Back: What Governments Can Do About Terrorism” and “Jungle Rules”, which was published this year.
